Ownership & Copyright Statement

DeadSpark is an independent music project and artist brand operated exclusively by HHStudios LLC. All rights to the DeadSpark name, brand, catalog, master recordings, publishing, and associated intellectual property are the sole and exclusive property of HHStudios LLC.

Guided by the philosophy that "Every beat tells a story," all creative works—including but not limited to lyrics, melodies, compositions, song structures, vocal performances, themes, and visual direction—are authored by Brian Pierce. All such works are created by Brian Pierce on behalf of HHStudios LLC and are legally classified as a "Work Made for Hire" owned entirely by the LLC. To the extent any work does not qualify as a work made for hire, Brian Pierce hereby irrevocably assigns all copyrights and ownership interests to HHStudios LLC.

While new technology is utilized for production, vocal modeling, and visual generation, all original creative authorship, prompt direction, and final execution are directed by Brian Pierce acting as the creative director for HHStudios LLC. The use of new technology does not transfer or diminish the ownership, copyright, or creative authorship of HHStudios LLC over the work.

Vocals & Performance

All vocal performances and rights belong exclusively to HHStudios LLC. Studio-recorded authentic vocals by Brian Pierce are utilized and integrated alongside a custom vocal model created using new technology. This generated voice is strictly modeled after Brian Pierce's own natural voice, ensuring all vocal performances, regardless of the production method, represent his unique likeness and tone.

Music Production

Music created with the assistance of new technology. All melody direction, song structure, and creative decisions are directed by Brian Pierce.

Visual Production

All visuals, music videos, cinematic footage, and lipsync content are created with the assistance of new video and image generation technology. All visual concepts, character direction, storyboards, and creative decisions are directed by Brian Pierce.
